Important Sizing Info
8 ft. boards will be cut to 95", and 9 ft. boards are cut to 107". This is done for packaging purposes to reduce shipping costs.
If you need full 96" or 108" boards, then order the next size up (ie. if you need the full 96" length, order 9' boards; if you need the full 108" length, then order 10' boards).
This is the best and least expensive way of getting the size you need, please order accordingly.

Because our boards are made from polyethylene plastic, although strong, they do flex more than wood if not properly supported. When evaluating if our boards will work on your trailer, measure the distance between the mounting brackets.
We recommend a maximum span distance of 48” between mounting points for our 2" x 4" boards, and a 60” span for our 2" x 6" boards. If the span on your trailer is greater, then you should consider our Supreme Bunk Boards.

Greatest improvement over the regular boards for 5ft span, no flex. My original ultimate bunk boards got a little wear above the mounting area and got grippy for lack of a better term and did not load my aluminum well after a few years. The glassy slick finish wore off , regardless they are great boards. I highly recommend these products. Shipping was also fast.

Overall the product quality was outstanding. The item arrived quickly and on time. It was very easy to install and only took me 45 minutes. After installing the bunk board my boat is much easier to load and unload from fishing ramps.
